    Qorvo's TGA2814 is a high power, s-band amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's production 0.25um GaN on SiC process (TQGaN25). Covering 3.1-3.6 GHz, the TGA2814 provides 80W of saturated output power and 22dB of large-signal gain while achieving 56% power-added efficiency.

    The TGA2814 can also support a variety of operating conditions to best support system requirements. With good thermal properties, it can support a range of bias voltages and will perform well under both short or long pulse operations.

    With DC blocking capacitors on both RF ports which are matched to 50 ohms, the TGA2814 is ideal for both commercial and military radar systems.

    Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
