    The Qorvo QPA4960 is a quad channel, differential input, differential output, optical modulator linear driver amplifier designed for 100+ Gb/s optical markets. Limiting bias also. The QPA4960 consists of four channels of high performance wideband amplifiers, input DC blocks and integrated broadband RF Chokes, requiring a minimum of off-chip components. The QPA4960 has low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of less than 4 % from 1–8 GHz and 3.5 Vppd output and an Equalization function (BW control).
