Qorvo’s QPQ1298 is an n41 sub-band 160-MHz bulk acoustic wave (BAW) filter for 5G base station, small cell, and repeater applications. It offers the higher frequency and bandwidth required to deliver 5G high data capacity for rural, suburban, and dense urban areas.
The QPQ1298 filter covers frequencies from 2.515 to 2.674 GHz and provides greater than 45 dB of near-band attenuation to meet demanding WiFi coexistence requirements. Insertion loss is 2.5 dB typical (3.3 dB maximum) and amplitude variation is 1.4 dB typical (2.9 dB maximum). Input and output VSWR are both 1.8:1 typical (2.2:1 maximum).
Housed in a compact 2.00×1.60×0.73-mm surface-mount package, the QPQ1298 BAW filter is available now in production quantities.
