Qorvo is a leader in 5G through our expertise in RF design, R&D legacy and product development of integrated, complex technologies and packaging over three decades in aerospace and defense markets. We are a premier supplier of sub-6 GHz RF solutions to the world’s leading 2G, 3G and 4G base station manufacturers. Qorvo’s early start in 5G comes from our legacy of R&D and product development in the defense and aerospace markets, as well as a being a leading supplier of sub-6 GHz RF solutions to the world’s leading 2G, 3G and 4G base station manufacturers.

    Qorvo offers a broad family of high-performance solutions for RF front-end systems, providing flexibility to system designers, as well as delivering high levels of integration with multifunction receive or transmit solutions to reduce size, lower cost and accelerate time to market. Our highly integrated switch LNA modules, available in a single or dual-channel configuration, offer best-in-class noise figure and are targeted for 32T32R or 64T64R 5G massive MIMO base stations. Qorvo’s portfolio of LNAs continues to lead the industry with noise figure operating across wide bandwidths. Power amplifier modules (PAMs) offer the full integration of GaN-based driver and final stage amplifiers in an optimized Doherty configuration to provide best-in-class efficiency performance. BAW filters are ideal for use in small cell base station applications offering high out-of-band rejection with low frequency drift over temperature.
