Qorvo Inc. and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities (listed here) ("Qorvo" or "we" or "us" or “our”) offers access to websites that it owns and operates (collectively and individually referred to as the "Website" herein) that link to this Privacy Notice (this "Notice" or “Privacy Notice”). The user of all such sites (“User” or “you” or “your”) is subject to the terms of this Notice and the Terms of Use. By using the site, you agree to all terms included therein. This site is only offered in exchange for the enforceability of the terms stated in this Privacy Notice, and everyone who agrees to use this site is a party to the contract formed by this Notice. This Notice explains our practices as they relate to your personal information, personally identifiable information, and personal data (“Personal Data”).

Any questions about privacy may be directed to us by emailing us at privacy@qorvo.com or submitting a request at https://www.qorvo.com/privacy-form. We will review all submissions, but we do not make any representation aside from a commitment to honor data privacy laws discussed below.

    Personal Data We Collect

In the ordinary course of Qorvo’s business by operating the Website and the different parts thereof, we will collect certain information on Users of the Website that can be reasonably associated with them as natural persons (“Personal Data”). This Personal Data is typically provided by you or by the machine you operate to access the Website. Therefore, you have considerable control over what Personal Data you choose to provide to us in the ordinary use of the Website. Some features or parts of the Website may not function—or may not function to the standards Qorvo sets for its Website—if certain Personal Data is not collected and used. Additionally, some functions within Qorvo—such as consideration of job applicants—cannot be done appropriately without certain Personal Data. You always have the option to not use this Website or any part therein or to change your browser’s settings in a manner that stops the collection of certain information in order to avoid such collection and use of your Personal Data, but you agree that you do so with the knowledge that the consequence would be a reduction in the functionality of our Website and/or an inability by Qorvo to consider you for all opportunities.

We may also collect information on the commercial entity you work for or are operating on behalf of, and you understand and agree that such collection and any uses of such data that are not reasonably associated with you as a natural person are outside the scope of this Privacy Notice.

    Data Collected

Through the Website, we principally collect Personal Data when you provide it to us. For example, we may collect your name, email address, employer, country of residence, and other information you choose to provide us through forms on the Website. Additionally, the machine you use may provide us with some information that could reasonably be considered Personal Data, such as your IP Address, general location information, device identification numbers, browser used, and more. We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect on our Website. To the extent such information contains your personal information, we will treat it in accordance with this Policy.

This Privacy Notice and the Terms of Use constitute a contractual relationship between the User and Qorvo whereby we offer the User access to the proprietary Website or some part thereof in exchange for: 1) the opportunity to inform you about our products and services, 2) insights into those interested in our products and services, 3) the uses of Personal Data listed below, and 4) the terms listed in this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Use. As such, we do not permit those unable to enter into contracts from using the Website. Additionally, we collect certain Personal Data through the job application process, when users submit forms, and through cookies, all of which are discussed below.

What is more, we collect payment information on anyone who places orders through our Website. In the ordinary course of business, we typically sell our products to registered entities. To the extent the information we collect during the online sales process is both 1) reasonably related to you as a natural person and 2) considered business-to-business Personal Data not exempt from applicable data privacy laws, you consent to such business-to-business Personal Data being used in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Additionally, if we interact with you as a result of your use of our website, for example by arranging a call after you use our website to get in touch with Qorvo’s sales team, we may record and collect any personal data associated with that interaction.

    Persons Age 17 and Younger

This Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age or for persons unable to competently enter into a contract (collectively “Minors”). No Minors may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from Minors. If you are a Minor, do not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of its features, register on the Website or any part thereof, solicit information on making any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website, or provide any information about yourself to us in any way, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a Minor without verification of consent from a parent or legal guardian, we will delete that information. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe we might have any information from or about the Minor in your care, please contact us at privacy@qorvo.com and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our files.

    Job Candidates

For job candidates applying through the Website, in addition to the above, we collect the following Personal Data from this website: identifiers (email address, legal name, preferred name etc.), mobile phone number, address, residency information, educational information, past employment information, salary expectations, citizenship information, immigration status, gender, racial and ethnic information, US veteran status, disability information, and any other information included in your Resume, Curriculum Vitae, or Cover Letter. You hereby consent to the use of this information

We may also receive your Personal Data from third party recruiting firms. In such cases, we rely on these third party recruiters to obtain any necessary consents to process your information for the purpose of considering you for employment. Data subject requests in these instances should be directed to those recruiters.

Additionally, if you are made a conditional offer of employment with Qorvo, we may need to verify your past employment and determine there is nothing in your background that could compromise your work with us. Therefore, you agree to reasonably cooperate with us—including, where needed, by providing consents to additional processing of your Personal Data by third parties—in arranging for background checks in our legitimate interest before the beginning of any employment relationship.

Lastly, we may receive certain information from LinkedIn if you choose to apply for positions with LinkedIn information.
