This video demonstrates a handset located in real-time using Ultra-Wideband technology (blue arrow) and Ultra-Wideband technology with MEMS Sensor Data Fusion algorithms (red arrow).
While the UWB raw data already delivers highly accurate localization capability compared to other RF technologies like Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, we highlight how the advanced system expertise and software capabilities of Qorvo enables a smooth and continuous localization of the handset (and its direction) even in challenging environments with Non-Line of Sight (NLOS).
