1000 MHz Non Dispersive SAW Delay Line

Qorvo's 857162 thru 857169 SAW delay lines are designed to offer wide-band performance with low amplitude variation and high selectivity with neighboring frequencies. They are self-matched to 50 ohms in a 4 pin kovar flatpack. The SAW delay lines also offer a tremendous size and weight advantage over coaxial delay lines and offer an advantage over digital delay setups since no power is required and the SAW is completely passive. The SAW delay lines are still robust enough for high-reliability and Defense and Aerospace applications.
