50 - 1000 MHz InGaP GaAs HBT Single-Ended CATV Amplifier
Qorvo's CGB1089Z is a high performance Single Ended Broadband InGaP/GaAs HBT MMIC CATV Amplifier. It utilizes a Darlington configuration with a 75 ohm active bias network. The active bias network provides stable current over temperature and eliminates the need for a dropping resistor. The CGB1089Z is designed for high linearity 5V gain block applications that require small size and minimal external components. It is internally matched to 75 ohm.
