    Qorvo's CMD158P3 is a broadband RF / Microwave MMIC driver amplifier housed in a leadless 3x3 mm plastic surface mount (SMT) package. The CMD158P3 is ideally suited for EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are crucial design requirements. The broadband device delivers 19.5 dB of gain and +20.5 dBm saturated output power at 20 % PAE from a single 5 V supply. The CMD158P3 MMIC is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD158P3 amplifier is the perfect alternative to costly hybrid amplifiers.
