CMD199
26-35 GHz (K, Ka, Q Band) Balanced Driver Amplifier MMIC
Qorvo's CMD199 is a wideband RF / Microwave GaAs MMIC driver amplifier ideally suited for military, space, and communications systems where small size and high linearity are critical design requirements. At 30 GHz the device delivers 15 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +19.5 dBm and noise figure of 3.5 dB. The CMD199 amplifier is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD199 MMIC also offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
