Qorvo's CMD263 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for microwave radios and C and X-band applications where small size and low power consumption are needed. The broadband device delivers greater than 22 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +10 dBm and a noise figure of 1.4 dB. The CMD263 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD263 amplifier is the perfect alternative to costly hybrid amplifiers.
