Qorvo's CMD271 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are needed. The broadband device delivers 20 dB of gain with a corresponding output IP3 of +27 dBm and a noise figure of 1.8 dB at 8 GHz. The CMD271 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD271 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
