50 - 1200 MHz, 75 Ohm pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier
Qorvo's CXE1089Z is a high performance 75 ohm pHEMT MMIC low-noise amplifier utilizing a Darlington configuration with active bias. The active bias network provides stable current over temperature and process threshold voltage variations. The CXE1089Z amplifier operates linearly from +3.3VDC, +4.75VDC, or +5VDC power supplies.
