The Qorvo QPA3312 is a super high output Hybrid Power Doubler amplifier module, with 23 dB of gain. The part employs GaAs/GaN die and has an operational bandwidth from 54 MHz to 1794 MHz. It provides excellent linearity and superior return loss performance with low noise and optimal reliability. The DC current can be adjusted externally for optimal distortion vs. power consumption over a range of output levels.
