    The Qorvo QPA4854 is a 4 channel optical modulator driver amplifier designed for the QSFP28 100 Gb/s optical markets. The QPA4854 is a compact SMT package with 12 dB of gain and 1.9 Vpp output power and 3 dB BW of 30 GHz. The QPA4854 includes four wideband MMIC amplifiers and bypass capacitors inside the package and provides Client side designers with system critical features such as: low power dissipation, high signal to noise ratio (SNR), fast rise and fall times, and low output jitter. The QPA4854 is RoHS compliant.
