    The QPB8957 is a GaAs pHEMT/MESFET 75-ohm Doubler RF amplifier IC featuring over 28 dB of flat gain and low noise. This IC is designed to support DOCSIS applications up to 1000 MHz using a single 24 V supply. The QPB8957 offers low noise and low distortion at high efficiency consuming only 8.4 W in a 5.0 x 7.0 QFN package. Its compact size and low ϴ jc enable integration that is ideally suited for hybrid module or an alternative to hybrid module applications.
