QPC6041

Broad Band Low Distortion SP4T Switch

The QPC6041 is a single-pole 4-throw (SP4T) reflective switch designed for switching applications requiring very low insertion loss and high power-handling capability with minimal DC power consumption. The excellent linearity performance achieved by the QPC6041 makes it ideal for use in cellular base-stations. This switch offers high isolation between RF ports providing greater separation between transmit and receive paths. The QPC6041 is packaged in a very compact 1.9 mm x 1.9 mm x 0.375 mm (typical) 14-Pin LGA package.
