    Qorvo's QPC6614 is a 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA) that features high linearity over the entire 31.5 dB gain control range with 0.5 dB steps. The QPC6614 uses serial control interface. The QPC6614 has a low insertion loss of 1.4 dB at 2 GHz. Patented circuit architecture provides overshoot-free transient switching performance. The QPC6614 is available in a 4.2 mm x 4.2 mm MCM package.
