QPC8400
Absorptive, High Isolation SP15T Switch
The QPC8400 is a Silicon on Insulator (SOI) single-pole, fifteen-throw (SP15T) switch, designed for use in high performance wireless applications. It offers high isolation, low insertion loss, with excellent linearity and power handling capability. No blocking capacitors are necessary on the RF ports. This wideband switch is designed for use from 500MHz to 7.125GHz. It is non-reflective such that the RFX ports are terminated into 50 Ω in the off state. The QPC8400 is +1.8V logic compatible.
The QPC8400 is packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact.
40-pin, 5x5 mm surface-mount leadless laminate package.
