    The QPK1521 is a high-speed GaN SPDT switch driver that delivers complementary control signals for fast and reliable RF path switching in front-end modules and RF GaN Switches.
     
    As part of the QPK152x chipset, it works in conjunction with the QPK1520 gate controller and QPK1522 drain controller to synchronize RF signal routing with gate and drain bias transitions.
