    The QPK1522 is a high-speed drain bias controller that provides efficient drain switching, sequencing, and protection for multiple GaN power amplifiers and LNAs. 
     
    When combined with the QPK1520 gate controller and QPK1521 SPDT driver, it completes a fully integrated bias control solution that synchronizes drain biasing with gate control and RF switching. This coordinated chipset enables fast, safe bias sequencing, automated IDQ calibration, and reliable high-speed operation in demanding phased array and radar systems, while reducing system complexity and enabling scalable multi-channel front-end architectures.
