DC - 3800 MHz Broadband SPDT Switch

Qorvo's RF1498A is compatible with standard RFFE control logic and is packaged in a compact 2.5mm x 2.9mm, 22-pin, module package which allows for a small solution size with no need for external DC blocking capacitors when no external DC is applied to the device ports.
