700 - 2700 MHz 3G/4G & Diversity DP2T Switch

Qorvo's RF1623 offers very low insertion loss and phase error, which is ideal for differential signal routing. The RF1623 is ideal for 3G/4G multi-mode WCDMA, UMTS, and LTE handset applications. RF1623 is compatible with +1.8V control logic and is packaged in a compact 1.6mm x 1.6mm x 0.55mm 14-pin QFN package which allows for a very small solution size.
