700 - 2700 MHz 4G Routing & Diversity SPDT Switch

Qorvo's RF1628A is a low loss; high isolation SPDT switch with performance optimized for 4G routing and diversity applications. The RF1628A is compatible with +1.35V control logic, which is a key requirement for most cellular transceivers. The part is packaged in a compact 1.1mm x 1.1mm, 9-pin package, which allows for a small solution size and no need for external DC blocking capacitors unless DC is applied externally.
