700 - 2700 MHz Antenna Diversity DP3T Switch

Qorvo's RF1633 Antenna Diversity Switch offers very low insertion loss along with excellent linearity performance. The RF1633 is ideal for 3G/4G multi-mode WCDMA, UMTS, and LTE handset applications. RF1633 is compatible with +1.8V control logic and is packaged in a compact 2mmx 2mm, 18-pin, leadless QFN package which allows for a very small solution size and no requirement for external DC blocking capacitors, unless external DC is applied to the device ports.
