700 - 2700 MHz 3G/4G/Diversity RFFE SP6T Switch
Qorvo's RF1656 is a low loss, high isolation SP6T switch with performance optimized for CDMA, WCDMA & LTE applications requiring high linearity. The RF1656 is compatible with RFFE serial control, which is a key requirement for many cellular transceivers. The RF1656 includes a built-in slave ID feature to enable usage of up to two RF1656 devices per board. This part is packaged in a compact 2mm x 2mm, 14-pin, QFN package which allows for a small solution size with no need for external DC blocking capacitors (when no external DC is applied to the device ports).
