2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 Bypassable Low Noise Amplifier
The Qorvo® RFFM8227P is an integrated front end module (FEM) compatible with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth® systems. The ultra-small form factor and integrated matching minimizes layout area in the application. Receive path matches the optimal technologies to maximize Rx sensitivity through noise figure performance that is consistent over a wider variety of conditions. Integrated bypass switching allows an option for a low loss bidirectional path while not using the low noise amplifier that is capable to pass transmit traffic of Bluetooth®. The RFFM8227P integrates a 2.4 GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) and bypass switch into a single device.
