Qorvo's RFFM8255 is a front end module (FEM) that integrates a single pole triple throw switch (SP3T) and an LNA with bypass designed for WiFi 802.11b/g/n systems. The ultra-small factor and integrated matching minimizes layout area in the customer's applications. Performance is focused on integration while balancing the loss and sensitivity needs of leading edge device platforms.
