Qorvo's TGA2536-FL is a packaged Ku-band power amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's production-released .25 um pHEMT production process. Operating from 13.5 to 16 GHz, the TGA2536-FL typically provides 25 dB small signal gain and 5W of output power.
This device is ideally suited for Ku-band communications including military, VSAT transmitter and Point to Point Radio applications. The flange lead package has a high thermal conductivity copper alloy base.
