TGA2559-FL
14 - 16 GHz, 4 Watt Ku Band Power Amplifier
Qorvo's TGA2559-FL a packaged Ku-band power amplifier which provides 36 dBm of saturated output, 30% power-added efficiency, and 25 dB mid-band gain, with operation from 14-16 GHz. The TGA2559-FL power amplifier is designed using Qorvo's proven standard with the GaAs pHEMT 0.25 um gate production process.
The TGA2559-FL is a bolt-down flange package featuring low loss ground-signal-ground (GSG) RF transitions designed to interface with a coplanar wageguide multilayer board. Fully matched to 50 ohms and with integrated DC blocking capacitors on both I/O ports, the TGA2559-FL is ideally suited to support both commercial and defense related applications for Ku-band communications
