14 - 16 GHz, 16 Watt Ku Band GaN Power Amplifier
Qorvo's TGA2572-2-FL is a packaged Ku-band power amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's production released,0.25 um GaN on SiC process. Operating from 14 to 16 GHz, the TGA2572-2-FL typically provides 42dBm of saturated output power, 20% power-added efficiency and 25 dB of small signal gain.
Fully matched to 50 ohm and with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports, the TGA2572-2-FL is ideally suited to support both commercial and defense related opportunities.
Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
