0.8 - 3 GHz High IP3 GaAs Dual pHEMT
Qorvo's TGA2601-SM is a packaged low noise dual pHEMT discrete device. The TGA2601-SM operates from 800 to 3000 MHz. In a balanced application circuit, the TGA2601-SM typically provides less than 0.7 dB noise figure with a small signal gain of greater than 24 dB at 900 MHz, greater than 19 dB at 1950 MHz and greater than 19 dB at 2600 MHz.
The TGA2601-SM is available in a low-cost, surface mount 16 lead 4 x 4 QFN style package and is ideally suited for base station applications.
The part is lead-free and RoHS compliant. Balanced amplifier evaluation boards are available tuned to 900, 1950 and 2600 MHz upon request.
