Qorvo's TGA2710-SM is a packaged, high power amplifer for 9.5-11.5 GHz applications. The part is designed using Qorvo's 0.25 um 3MI pHEMT production process. The TGA2710-SM typically provides 38.6 dBm of saturated outputpower and 20 dB of gain across 9.5-11.5 GHz. The TGA2710-SM features a ceramic QFN style package, designed for surface mount to a printed circuit board. The TGA2710-SM is suitable for both commercial and defense related applications.
