28 Gb/s QSFP28 CFPx Optical Modulator Driver
Qorvo's TGA4840-SM is an optical modulator driver amplifier designed for the CFP2 100 Gb/s optical markets. The TGA4840-SM is a compact SMT package with 10dB of gain and 1.5Vpp output power and High BW of 25GHz. The TGA4840-SM provides Client side designers with system critical features such as: low power dissipation, high signal to noise ratio (SNR), fast rise and fall times, low output jitter.
The TGA4840-SM finish is lead-free. This part is RoHS compliant. Evaluation boards and bias boards are available upon request.
