TGA4875
100G PAM4 / DMT Transimpedance Amplifier
The Qorvo TGA4875 is a single channel, single-ended input and differential output state of the art linear transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with manual and automatic gain control modes. The TGA4875's key features are its industry leading low total harmonic distortion and wide bandwidth. It is designed for 100G-400G linear modulation applications such as PAM4 and DMT. The TGA4875 features an input DC current compensation circuit. This circuit extends the low total harmonic distortion region of the TGA4875 to higher photodetector optical input power levels. The TGA4875 is manufactured in a reliable high-speed SiGe process that combines excellent performance together with cost-effectiveness.
