100/200/400 Gb/s Quad Channel Optical Modulator Linear Driver with Differential Input & Single-Ended Output

Qorvo's TGA4899-SL is a Quad channel optical differential input, single ended output modulator linear driver amplifier designed for 100-400 Gb/s optical markets.

The TGA4899-SL consists of four channels of high performance wideband amplifiers and integrated broadband RF Chokes assembled in a 9 x 14 mm package, requiring a minimum of off-chip components. A TGA4899-SL placed between the MUX or DAC and Optical Modulator provides OEMs with a modulator linear driver surface mount solution.

The TGA4899-SL is lead-free and RoHS compliant.

Evaluation boards and bias boards are available upon request.
