    Qorvo's TGA4960-SL is a quad channel, differential input, differential output, optical modulator linear driver amplifier designed for 100+ Gb/s optical markets.

    The TGA4960-SL consists of four channels of high performance wideband amplifiers, input DC blocks and integrated broadband RF Chokes requiring a minimum of off-chip components. The TGA4960-SL has low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of less than 2% from 1-8 GHz and 3.5 Vppd output. The TGA4960-SL operates with only one positive power supply (or two to optimize channel power dissipation); no negative supply is required. A single gain control adjust setting allows users 10 dB of gain dynamic range. The TGA4960-SL also has an internal output power detector for output control.

    The TGA4960-SL is RoHS compliant. Evaluation boards and bias boards are available upon request.
