Qorvo's TQM3M7001 is a dual-band WLAN low noise amplifier (LNA) in an ultra small 3 mm x 3 mm footprint package for 802.11 a / b / g applications. The architecture and interface are optimized for next generation dual-band WLAN transceivers requiring external LNA's. The LNA module features a single LNA supply voltage and a CMOS compatible LNA shutdown voltage to facilitate ease of use. With its low power dissipation in both frequency bands, this LNA module contributes to the extended battery life of next generation WLAN solutions. This low noise amplifier is manufactured using Qorvo's high-reliability pHEMT technology and is assembled in an industry standard 3 mm x 3 mm x 0.9 mm VQFN-12 lead-free package.
