Qorvo's TQP3M6005 is a low noise dual pHEMT discrete device operating from 1700 to 2000 MHz. Noise figure is typically 0.36 dB per channel and 0.54 dB when used in a balanced configuration with a balun. The part consists of a single monolithic GaAs die mounted in a compact 4 x 4 mm QFN package.
