100 - 5000 MHz High Isolation Reflective SPDT Switch

Qorvo's TQP4M0009 is a packaged GaAs FET single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch. It is a high isolation reflective switch that provides 0.1 to 5 GHz broadband performance. The TQP4M0009 is operated using a DC supply for control signals operating from 1.8 to 5 Volts.

The TQP4M0009 is packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact MSOP8 surface-mount package.

This SPDT switch can be used in wireless infrastructure, test and measurement, or can be used for any general purpose wireless application.
