Qorvo's VCO-109TC is an 900 - 1800MHz, hybrid assembled voltage controlled oscillator integrated into a TO-8 package. The VCO-109TC features an integrated resonator and tuning varactors. This TC version is temperature compensated for excellent performance over the -55 to 100 degrees C temperature range.
