1000 - 2000 MHz Hybrid Assembled Voltage Controlled Oscillator, TO-8 package

Qorvo's VCO-110TC is an 1000 - 2000MHz, hybrid assembled voltage controlled oscillator integrated into a TO-8 package. The VCO-110TC features an integrated resonator and tuning varactors. This TC version is temperature compensated for excellent performance over the -55 to 100 degrees C temperature range.
