2000 - 3200 MHz Hybrid Assembled Voltage Controlled Oscillator, TO-8 package

Qorvo's VCO-112TC is an 2000 - 3200MHz, hybrid assembled voltage controlled oscillator integrated into a TO-8 package. The VCO-112TC features an integrated resonator and tuning varactors. This TC version is temperature compensated for excellent performance over the -55 to 100 degrees C temperature range.
