250 - 500 MHz Hybrid Assembled Voltage Controlled Oscillator, TO-8 package

Qorvo's VCO-118TC is an 250 - 500MHz, hybrid assembled voltage controlled oscillator integrated into a TO-8 package. The VCO-118TC features an integrated resonator and tuning varactors. This TC version is temperature compensated for excellent performance over the -55 to 100 degrees C temperature range.
