Qorvo's VCO-119TC is an 3000 - 4800MHz, hybrid assembled voltage controlled oscillator integrated into a TO-8 package. The VCO-119TC features an integrated resonator and tuning varactors. This TC version is temperature compensated for excellent performance over the -55 to 100 degrees C temperature range.
