The QPA0007 is a reconfigurable dual-band MMIC power amplifier operating in both S-Band and X-Band. In S-Band, it provides 32 W saturated power over the 3.1 to 3.5 GHz frequency range. In X-Band, it provides 28 W saturated power from 9 to 11 GHz. The QPA0007 is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure compliance to electrical specifications. Lead free and RoHS compliant.
