34 - 36 GHz 20 Watt GaN Amplifier
Qorvo's QPA2226D is a high power MMIC amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's production 0.15um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15). Operating between 34 and 36 GHz, it achieves 20 W saturated power. QPA2226D is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance to electrical specifications.
Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
