Qorvo's SPF5122Z is a high performance 50MHz to 4000 MHz pHEMT low noise MMIC amplifier. The on-chip active bias network provides stable current over temperature and process variations. The SPF5122Z offers ultra-low noise figure and high linearity performance in a simple gain block configuration. A single 3V to 5V supply and minimal application circuit (4 capacitors and 1 inductor) allows for maximum flexibility with a low bill of materials cost. High P1dB and maximum RF input power specifications make it ideal for high dynamic range receivers. It is internally matched to 50 ohm.
