Qorvo's TGL2616 is a 5-bit digital attenuator MMIC design using Qorvo's TQPHT15 0.15 um GaAs pHEMT process. The TGL2616 is ideally suited for a variety of wideband phased array applications, including commercial and military radars, satellite-based communication systems and electronic warfare.

The TGL2616 provides a 5-bit digital attenuator function with a nominal 4.2 dB insertion loss and RMS attenuation error of better than 0.6 dB over a bandwidth of 10-20 GHz.

The TGL2616 operates with a control and reference voltage of 3.3 to 5 V. Each device is RF tested on-wafer to ensure performance compliance. The device is available in die form.

    Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
