QPA2229D

34 - 36 GHz, 13 Watt GaN Amplifier

Qorvo's QPA2229D is a high power MMIC amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's production 0.15um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15).  Operating between 34 and 36 GHz, it achieves 13 W saturated power.  QPA2229D is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance to electrical specifications.    

Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
